Seems to me (going from memory) that John Armstrong's Track Planning
Guide has good info on how much offset is needed for various radii, as
well as good simple instructions for how to lay out the radius and the
easement into the radius based on the chosen offset.  I think it
simpler to refer you to the book rather than trying type out all the
instructions without benefit of drawings.  Ted
