Partial answer:
When in the shared photos section, you can click on LIST.
One of the columns in LIST format is CREATOR. This shows the creator's
Yahoo ID. If you don't recognize this ID, you can ask on the list who
it is.....
It certainly is possible to query Yahoo's directory to find out who it
is, but as we discussed yesterday, spammer's and privacy concerns are
causing it to be bad practice to make that info available.
