300 watts is the output So at 16 volts: 300 / 16 = 18.75 amps At 110 volts: 300 / 110 = 2.7273 amps At 117 volts: 300 / 117 = 2.564 amps Your 1.6 watts / 110 = 0.0145455 amps and 1.6 watts / 117 = 0.0136752 amps in other words "not much"
