I was playing around with demo versions of track planning software & found that XTrkCad, available to PC users, is now an open source project. You can download a fully functioning version http://www.sillub.com/index.html and use this registration key to unlock it. http://www.sillub.com/freereg.html By using the Options/Layout menu option, you can select "S scale". This will set the turnout builder options to NMRA S scale #4 - #10 turnouts. You can also custom build turnouts.
