Moderator Reminder; There have been many notes recently that included
lengthy previous notes. This wastes a lot of space in our archives and
makes the Digest version of the list difficult to read. Please edit
your replies so that you include only a small amount of the previous
note, include enough so that people know what your current note is
referring to. Thanks,
