Reminds me of a favorite story from an NMRA magazine quite a few years
ago; the Daylight engine was pulling a fan trip over a mountain, the
railroad made them tuck a diseasal in behind the Daylight... just in
case. Just before heading up the hill they stopped for refueling, one
fuel truck pulled up to each engine...... part way up the hill the
diseasal acquired a severe case of indigestion. The roadmaster riding
the Daylight realized that the diseasal must have been refueled with
the #5 oil intended for the Daylight... SHUT IT DOWN!!! The Daylight
made it over the top in spite of the added weight of the dead diseasal.
