Anyone on here familiar with a restaurant built in the late 60s that included two NYC-painted streamlined observation cars, one of them a relatively short pre-war Budd car (that was ex-RI), but repainted NYC? Is it still around, or not. If so, I could use some measurements if possible. DJE
