Great idea guys.  But what about this?  Approach Fast Tracks about
leasing their fixtures.  You know, something like pay full price up
front and get a credit (75%?) when you return it in good shape.  After
all, they are the ones trying to make a living by making these
fixtures.  Even a 50% credit would make it more affordable for those
of us that only need to build a few turnouts.
