IF River Raisin were offering these models (an A-B set in my case) UNPAINTED, I might be interested... I could use these on my fictitious North, East, South and Western Railroad. Big John ________________________________________________ Jim Kindraka <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: In February River Raisin Models proudly announced our latest S Scale project, the Baldwin RF-16 "Shark Nose" cab and booster unit freight diesels. The response for the project has been great, but we need a few more reservations to push the project over the top and commit the substantial sum to the builder. If you or someone you know is sitting on the fence, we need a reservation commitment now. While all brass models represent an investment, we honestly feel these models will be the best value for the price of any brass diesel ever made in S scale.
For anyone who missed the original announcement, you can find additional information and order forms that can be downloaded on our Web Site: http://www.riverraisinmodels.com Or you can always contact me, Jim K., off-line. These models will come DCC ready with correct "as-built" details for their three owners: Baltimore & Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York Central. The models will be offered painted and lettered with appropriate prototype road numbers in the following paint schemes: PRR Brunswick Green 5-Stripe, NYC Freight Lightning Stripes and B&O Blue and Gray. Additionally if demand warrants, RF-16 Shark "A" units will be offered in the Delaware and Hudson blue, yellow and silver "war bonnet" paint scheme. The models will be hand crafted in Korea by Boo-Rim Precision, manufacturer of the finest running and exceptionally detailed brass models in the world. River Raisin Models was formed in 1987 by Dan Navarre and Jim Kindraka to bring to the market high quality, uncompromisingly detailed S Scale brass model railroad equipment. Since our first model in 1988, River Raisin Models has completed 28 major S Scale projects and delivered 61 physically different 3/16ths Scale Models to the S market.
