You could wait on the BTS crane to be developed... or... you could just buy an 
outrageously INexpensive HO scale crane and use it as a pattern to 
scratch-build one in S.  And lo-and-behold, there just happens to be quite a 
few of these HO cranes for sale on ebay... one in particular is auction # 
280021044956.
