Can you get decent, relatively "clutter free", side shots?  Do you have some 
photoshop software skills?  If so, consider doing a "photoflat".  That is, 
shoot the sides (in sections if needed), then align and doctor the image(s) 
in your photoshop program. When satisfied with the result, print out in S 
scale, cut/assemble on matboard and presto: You have the actual building as 
a photoflat.

Here's a couple examples:

First one is a before/after pic of a simple building that merely required 
backdating and various clean ups in order to be used in Kansas City circa 
mid 60s.  Once I decide on what this will be, appropriate signage will be 
added:

The next before/after pic illustrates a building that required a bit more 
complex touch up, but still gives an example of what can be done with a 
photoshop program.

(Note: The foundations on most of my structures are made intentionally too 
tall so I can cut-to-fit once being installed.)

So... maybe you can use a photoflat?
