On the covered hoppers, I found that scrapping the paint off the bolster
helped with the truck play.  Reaming out the hole in the truck a little is
also an option.

On some I found the bolster had cracked and spread a little causing a little
tightness.  I'd apply some cement - Tenax or similar - and clamp it 'til
dry.  To make sure it didn't pop again, I drilled and tapped for the screw.
