Not sure which browser(s) or operating system you are using, but something similar to the following should work. Highlight what you want to print (left click at the beginning, hold down the shift key, and left click at the end of the message), press Ctrl C or the copy key, go to Word or another word processing program (WordPad or Notepad will also work in a pinch), press Crtl V or the paste key, and you should have what you need to print.
Some programs allow you to print just what you have highlighted, but without knowing what you are using to read the digest, I can't help there.
