This is an open letter to Roy Hoffman. Roy, I don't know any other
way of contacting you. My last (and only) email to you per Model RR
News bounced. That was back in May.
The S Scale posting you referred to in this month's MRRN was mine.
It precipitated the "Memorial Day Massacre" that eventually had a
fair ending.
Anyway, I believe you heard me and took my frustrations to heart. I
give you lots of credit for your comments in "S and the Internet" in
this month's issue. It's quite refreshing to see a contributor make
the distinction between announcing a product and reviewing it - which
was the thrust of my comments to you. I believe that you are someone
who can and will make an honest effort to announce what is new in S
gauge. And don't worry Roy, everyone in the gauge will be eager to
review them! Keep up the good work and it's good to see your column
back in print.
