That link didn't work for me, but goign to the site
and navigating to Rolling Stock, Flatcars, DODX
brought me to the right place.

In the 1950's and 1960's the Department of Defence
used cars that were large, riveted flat cars with six
wheel trucks appearently classed F402 and built by
Magor in 1953. Roco made an HO model which was sold by
AHM and later Walthers. Those would commonly carry the
Patton and M-60 series tanks.

The Abrams is commonly carried on newer cars that that
look a lot like long TTX flats, but with six wheel
truck. Here is a photo from the site Stan referenced:

more detail shots here:

http://www.trainweb.org/marcrailfan/dodxflat2.html

Site says they were built by Fruit Growers Express and
Ortner in 1985. Class F423.

You might be able to kitbash one from BTS F-89
shortened by ten feet and fitted with six wheel
trucks. The are fairly plain, so scratch building from
styrene would not be too difficult if you can find the
right trucks.
