Back in my shipbuilding days I ordered from Model Expo a few times. I
do not recall having any problems, though most of my purchases at the
time were supplies, not tools. I almost exclusively buy form MicroMark
(http://www.micromark.com/) these days. In general tools are pretty
much hit-or-miss. Expensive usually does mean cheap.
