After production starts next week on the latest S scale offering, the
Southern 41'6" composite gon, I will begin upgrading the Southern 1974 P-S
waffle box CAD files from HO to S. It's expected ship date is late August.
There has been considerable interest in seeing this car produced in S since
it's so unique. There will be other versions (different waffle pattern and
ends) produced as time and demand warrant. For now, please contact me OFF
LIST if you are interested in purchasing the Southern car.
Retail price will be $75 with t/c/decals (including my new 100-ton Barber RB
trucks w/ rotating end caps), $65 less t/c. My dealers have been contacted
so if you have a favorite shop, please support it, otherwise order direct
and add $7 per order for 2 kits, $10 for 3 or more.
Now's the time to place your "formal" reservation. Thanks for your
