Corrugated panels come anywhere from 27.5" to 42" wide and 8' to 16' long in 2'
increments.

I was just reading a MR issue from the 1980's and the author built a
structure with corrugated walls and roofs. He said that the size
varies in the real world, but he thought 3' by 5' panels are a good
fit. He used heavy aluminum and formed it himself rubbing a pencil
eraser on a corrugated sheet of styrene as the mold.
