I am unable to make the NASG show, I am already scheduled for three shows
this year. O/S Scale West, National Train Show, and National Narrow Gauge
Convention. We are skipping the Sn3 Symposium this year for the first time
in many years.

Subject: Re: {S-Scale List} NASG Annual Convention

cheap compared to the NMRA.....

I did the one day (Saturday) trip to Lowell this past summer rom Philly
(I-95, errrrrr, never again!), as I can get away on weekends only, the
duiring the week stuff is out of the question for me as whenever UPS works,
my business is open, and hopefully making money.

It was a long trip, worth the drive (my buddy drove, I paid his admission.
Lots of S in one place...

same with The Big-E show in W. Springfield, MA, one corner of the building
is where the S scalers congregate! - not sure if I'm going to that this
year....

and hopefully there will be a big showing at the WGH show in Oaks, PA (used
to work out there, some good non-corporate food places in that area!!!!!)

anyway, the NASG convention is worthwhile to attend, make connections,
friends, get ionformation, and be with the rest of the S community...

the York TCA meet has a bunch of S strewn about the multiple halls, without
the dedication to the scale segment of the group....

most other shows in the Philly regional area seem to be pretty much a waste
of time and money if you want to see S products....
