The original reason was source.  Our NZ friend made the body and side  
frames but outsourced the chassis.

I say offer the sideframes separately like Tiger Valley and others.   
Mention that fact BOLDLY on the website and give the modeler the  
choice.  Yours or something else as befits their model.

For instance I will someday need one of the GE chassis to make my NF  
models but with custom sideframes.  Another reason is your quest for  
RSC and RSD models -- Same body kit but different chassis and  
different sideframes.
