Many thanks to the list member who posted the listing of Ace parts from the 
Steam Depot catalogue in the files; now I have a much better idea of what was 
made in the past.
My question is the same: is S scale ever going to see Ace castings again?  I 
think I read
that Russ Downs sold the line several years before he died owing to increasing 
health problems.
I like the SHS trucks and AM trucks fine, but it is always nice to have a few 
options.  And I
have one singleton Kinsman Bettendorf sprung truck--whatever happened to those 
dies?
