The video looks like part of a segment on the Pentrex video "Workin' On the
Railroad". The BNSF used this machine to set concrete ties on the Thayer Sub
in south-central Missouri. About the only hard-hats needed were for the guys
actually working on this contraption.
BTW, this video is pretty good watching, especially for those intersted in
prototype ops as there is a segment on dispatching trains in coal country.
