I have submitted my resignation as Librarian for the NASG’s Russell M. Mobley
Memorial Library. Although effective immediately, I have offered to continue
to
serve at the pleasure of NASG President Sam McCoy until Dec. 31, 2010, to give
him time to find a replacement.
I have not yet heard from Sam, so I do not know how much longer I will have the
Librarian position. Because of this, while I will continue to do all I can to
honor current and near-term Library requests, I cannot assure anyone how much
longer I will have librarian access to the Library’s resources.
It has been a pleasure serving those of you who have made use of the Library’s
resources over the ten years that the Library has been in operation. For those
of you who have donated items to the Library, I thank you. For those of you
considering future donations, please hold off until a new librarian is
identified.
