I got a similar GLca conversion off Ebay a couple of years ago. The seller was 
handling an estate from the northwest somewhere. There must have been a lot of 
theses cars made by somebody!

I think the concept of the conversion originated with Frank Titman, who made an 
entire fleet of different hoppers from the AF shell. They were pictured in the 
Herald, and written up in S Gaugian as I recall. Other types included D&H 
Selley composite cars, RDG "War Emergency" hoppers, an odd IC steel car and a 
PRR H25 quad hopper from two AF twins.
