Dear Jace,
K-Line got caught up in trying to keep up with the big boys. His
sales were about a 1/4 of "L" and MTH. He expanded his line in an
effort to catch up, but ended up defaulting on his payments to the
builder. He also got caught with his hands in the till on "L" motor
software for his hi-end line...
