================================================================
1. I checked the messages about the containers going back to last week when the
project was first announced. I did not find a message about the purchase and
sale of the containers. Maybe there was an earlier message saying the Bill
Lane bought a bunch of stuff from the estate including the container
parts/molds and I missed it. If that is the case, my apologies.
2. I think Bill Fraley's message 75899 raises the point that whatever was
"purchased" may also belong to Ed L.
3. I have asked for clarification on this matter in two other messages. Bill
Lane has not responded. Ed L. is moderated so he cannot respond - it appears
he can only post messages about the NASG convention and one other topic. With
all due respect, and not to pick a fight, I am not so sure the statement "It
seems pretty clear that no one else has claimed them and it seems equally
obvious that Stosh Furmanak was the creator of the pattens" is accurate.
I am interested in this project and I think it helps the scale, but I am more
concerned about fairness and doing things correctly.
So I ask for a third time about the purchase and use of the parts/molds --
Bill, please kindly clarify. Alternatevly, how about allowing Ed L. the
opportunity to respond on the list.
Thank you,
John Gibson
