On thing I really like about S scale is that it seems to be full of mostly friendly and helpful modelers, and I appreciate that! I ordered the SHS SW-1 and rolling stock last night. can’t wait to get it. Need to get my track order in ASAP. I saw a reply where someone said they had used the MRC DCC/Sound board. I saw that last night. How would the sounds compare to a Tsunami? I’m kind of picky about my sounds so I was thinking it might be worth the extra $$ for the Tsunami?

I have modeled B&O, C&O, Chessie, CSX, and Santa Fe in the past. In S I will be primarily modeling the Great Northern, some Chessie, and my own Ohio Northern fantasy road. I admit that the post over on OGR really got me to thinking and caused me to take another look at S.
