Hi Ed; As I recall, NASG asks a member each year if his information is to be included in the published directory, which certainly seems to imply consent for some level of dissemination. Unless someone forwards information that was not published, it should be OK.
An even "safer" option would be to get permission of the person seeking contacts, and forward his contact info to the members in the area. They can then get in touch, or not as they prefer. I would hope someone among them would be interested enough in a fellow S scale modeler to send an email or make a phone call. Pieter E.
