I have a new in the box RRM E8A shell without the rooftop Dynamic Brake (DB)
fan. I would like to trade with someone for an E8A shell with factory
installed Dynamic Brake. I'll pay shipping both ways and throw in a little $$$
to boot.....and we can swap boxes or lids too if you want the correct label.
RRM imported E8A's only two ways..... with and without DB.

I can add the dynamic brake fan to my shell, as a dynamic brake fan comes as an
extra detail in the goodie bag of all RRM non-DB E8A's. But, trading would save
me time and the effort of cutting a hole in the top of my shell......and if
there is someone out there with a DB shell who doesn't need it or would prefer
a none DB shell, there's no sense cutting mine up. So, I thought I would ask
1st.

Union Pacific (my road) was one of the few railroads who ran with DB's. I don't
know of any Eastern roads who did and most Midwest roads didn't either. Seems
the Western roads who operated in hilly or mountainess terrain were the only
ones to use them.

If your not sure if your road ran with DB's I have the Henry Maywald EMD E Unit
book which shows pictures of most roads that operated E units and I'll be happy
to share the information.

If interested in a trade please contact me off list.

Thanks in advance,

Butch H.
