Good afternoon,

      Was in the area some years ago.  Seems it is high enough above sea level 
that the folks in the area actually have basement.  The hone I visited had a 
drive in base- ment deep enough to ride a full size John  Deere Tractor with 
driver into it!

      By our standards these 'mountain' hardly qualify as hills.

      No. Really, the mountains in Florida, pine trees and all plus really nice 
summer weather. (for Florida that is) It's a hidden location north of Dade and 
Plant City. No where near that sand dune. I think Jettie goes there to do a 
little fishing from time to time when he wants to take a break from his S Scale 
model building.
