Given most of the containers were designed for transport smaller quantities of bulk power or granular materials I would further guess that the finished products left the manufacturing plant via truck or boxcars. I know there is still a glass manufacturer in Vineland because I see their help wanted ads all the time. I interviewed at another glass manufacturer about 2 years ago in that area.
