Hi Butch; I guess it depends on the cars. If you are talking boxcars, the AM trucks are probably more prototypical, maybe SSA trucks would be even better in that regard. If you are talking about ACF covered hoppers, SHS 70 ton RB trucks might be better. I think both types will work equally well for coupler height and/or mounting ease.
