Tom the Smoky Valley trucks have rotating bearings, so I don't think they have options of changing out the axles. I haven't heard any word on this list about how they are working out. I do remember that the Ace RB trucks were supposed to having rotating bearings also. So besides the Smoky Valley trucks, only the Rio Grande caboose from Division Point had them.
