On a point of order, I think the CJSS Get Together's have an
attendance fee to pay for food, drink, etc. Or does Robin prise money
from me just because I'm foreign?
Of course part of the drop in attendance is that Howie is no longer
with us to organise everybody, especially in the kitchen!
Incidentally, I believe it is Robin who mans the SHS warehouse (after
taking my money!).
However always a great place to meet & greet all those S scalers, run
S scale trains, buy S Scale and ruin any diet.

Pieter is right ....
There ain't no better convention than the South Amboy "Get Together"
convention held every September by the CJSS..
Attendance has fallen off in recent years, but the real S Gaugers
still turn
out and a good time is had by all.
Sooooo much free food and cold drinks too!....
There is always a large module set-up and much S gauge stuff is on
sale, so
bring money!
Plus, Don, opens up their SHS building for shoppers.
Now, Hoquat Hobbies is also in the same building.
Many thanks to Don, Robin and Mike and all of the volunteers who help
out on
this two day affair.
So, mark it down now .....
