Thanks, Gary: The random numbers are to give the impression that they are part of a larger fleet of cars. In fact, I have four more decal sets, and three more undecorated plug door boxcars, so who knows what could happen next!
Right now, my next project is to emulate two of CGW's five car fleet of 40-ft. plug door cars. I have the painted carbodies, now working on the decals from LBR. I'd still like to do an single-sheath WABASH double-door boxcar to ship Studebakers to Keokuk, too. There just happens to be a 40-footer on display in nearby Montrose, IA.
