The only reason I mention the Railmaster version was that it was a kit, so changing the wheels to a wider gauge could happen during construction. I also have two or three of those Matchbox trucks--two in the blue like yours. Is yours powered? Looks like enough room in the box or maybe that black beadle drive? It might even be possible to make a chaindrive version work like the real thing.
