It's been a little while since my last update. April down my way
was...interesting (that's the nicest thing I can write).
The Spring issue of the 1:64 Modeling Guide magazine was supposed to come out
today, but due to a couple of "interesting" events, it will be delayed around a
week. I hope to be able to at least post the cover and the table of contents
on the website (www.1-64ModelingGuide.com) later tonight or tomorrow.
At the risk of being annoying, if you have received a renewal notice please
send your payment in as soon as possible. Cash is really tight. How tight?
It's so tight that when I opened up my wallet this afternoon my checkbook
started laughing! That's how tight, and that's no joke.
There are three things I need in order to keep publishing: more subscribers,
more advertisers (c'mon, folks!), and more submissions.
OK, four things. I also need renewal and advertising payments from last issue
to come in as soon as possible.
Every so often, someone on one of these groups posts something like this: "What
we need is a magazine that's dedicated is S scale!" Well, we have one (for
now). How about supporting it?
