Hi Rachel; In this case, they are not counting the S Gaugian because it includes Flyer specific articles. Truth to tell, so did the S Gauge Herald. The scale only publications were the 3/16ths Scale magazine and the Modeler's Guide (now Bob's 1/64 Modeling guide) were the two principle "Scale" publications.
