One way to do this is to have Shapeways produce the part from the drawings. You 
can allow other people to order directly from Shapeways after the part is in 
their system. The parts themselves are not cheap, but maybe not prohibitively 
expensive that way, I'd guess about $15 a pair plus $7 shipping for the whole 
order. How much do people want these things?
