For those who do not belong to our NASG and therefore do not receive our very
fine NASG Dispatch, I did a very thorough "Meet an S Gauger" article on Jace in
Dispatch XXXVI - Number 2, April 2012, pages 20-21.
I found Jace to be a very upstanding, knowledgeable person and a very fine
modeler.
On last notice, Jace was returning the models he was building for Ed, some
finished and others not.
I quote Jace ; "My legal residence is still Fairbanks, Alaska where my late
wife was a professor at the University of Alaska, although I've been sojourning
in Minnesota for the past several; years [as UCC a minister] while I sort out
the next step in life.
Jace modeled in HO and O, then got into S scale, my concern would be his
health, not his honesty.
I'll see what I can do regarding this situation as I too miss Jace and his
very knowledgeable entries to our list.
