(I apologize in advance to those of you who are going to receive multiple copies of this e-mail)

I have started the process of hosting the NASG's web site on a different server. At the same time, we are also changing the ownership of the "nasg.org" domain to be in my name. Somebody somewhere has to have an account that "owns" this domain, so the NASG BOT feels that it should be the webmaster. I agree.

The change-over process is going to take some time. Probably "days". The switch should be transparent, but there may be the possibility of you going to the NASG web site and seeing that it is gone or seeing some sort of an error message. This e-mail is just a "heads-up" notification for that possibility.

The web site's pages have already been uploaded to the new server, and Claude and I are ironing out some wrinkles while this transfer is happening.

To help me manage my time, from now on I am only going to be updating the NASG web site on the new web server. That means that the last-updated date on the NASG web site's home page of "September 2, 2012" will indicate that you are seeing the "old" site, whereas any newer date will indicate that you are then seeing the site on the new server.

If you have any questions, feel free to send me an e-mail.

Thank you,
 - Peter.
