The SSLS http://www.sscaleloco.com motor item # 12-0 is an awesome motor. Fred helped me a few years ago get the parts to convert my Reading I-10sa from the massive Pittman to his motor. I was happy at that time with it at $25.00. It's a complete steal at $7.00! It was perfect for my conversion as a high torque low speed motor. You should get a few at that price even for "just in case".
