De-lamination of the pc board ties is a known issue (and drawback) with the 
FastTracks method.  It doesn't seem to happen to all and may take years.  I've 
seen several turnouts develop this issue myself.  Several have proposed 
alternative methods of attaching the points to the throwbar.  Tim Warris of 
FastTracks made this suggestion in one of their newsletters:

I've also seen some discussion of simply cutting the webbing at the bottom of 
the rail after the last soldered tie to help relieve some of the stress on the 
points.  Seems like an easy enough precaution and one that is not very 
noticeable.
