A big weekend for S Scale modeling. If you can't make the big New Jersey meet,
the Northern Ohio S Scalers September Interstate Get-Together is tomorrow.
Saturday the 29th. See details at the very bottom.

Lafayette United Methodist Church
6201 Lafayette Rd.
Medina, OH 44256

UPDATED SCHEDULE

Jack Sudimak was hospitalized again Thursday evening. He is doing fine as he
is under observation by highly skilled professionals. Also with sad news,
Jack's Brother-in-Law passed away yesterday. Denny was married to Jack's
sister who passed away 3 years ago.

Sharron is fine and hold the fort, visiting Jack, working with the Family for
funeral arrangements. And preparing the meal for Saturday. (Who said they
are the weaker s**)

We will not be going to Jack's house for the picnic as planned. We will serve
the food at the Church. With Sharron's unparelled dedication to the club, will
still provide the main dish. With assistance with the other dedicated wives,
we will serve the meal as planned.

Attached is the latest schedule for Saturday. Clinics will start as close to
time as possible. Not responsible for delays. For the first time in 6 years,
we may have more quests than actual members.

09:30 -- Doors open at the Church. Sharron talked to John L.
Setup tables, modules, coffee, bagels etcÂ…

11:00 -- Doors open to guests. Fellowship, Trains, Sales, etc.

12:00 -- DCC Clinic.

01:00 -- Walthers Proto-Max Clinic.

02:00 -- Fast Tracks Clinic.

03:00 -- More Fellowship, Trains and Sales. Possibly a Layout Clinic.

04:00 -- Picnic at the Church.

06:00 -- Anyone wishing to go to see Al Clapp's Layout before he and his wife
go Square Dancing at 7:00.

07:15 -- Tear down modules, (N.O.S.S. & NASG) load up.

08:00 -- Depart the Church.

08:30 -- Get home and crash. Dream of all the goodies I ate and trains I
bought.

We also hope this is not the last such meeting. Jack's layout is temporary
shut down due to construction this year. It would break his heart if it did.
Jack and Sharron have supported the Scale community diligently for a couple
decades.
