Jack Sudimak passed away this afternoon at 3:00PM EST. He had just been
moved to hospice care shortly before. My wife was with Jack's wife Sharron as
he passed. His brother, son and daughter arrived shortly there after.

Please keep the Sudimak family in your prayers.

The family thanks all that had replied to my post below the other day.

disease the last few years (Pulmonary Fibrosis). He was admitted to the
hospital
again on Friday and is currently in ICU. This is the 3rd time in the last
30 days. We have noticed that each time he has been hospitalized recently
he seems to loose ground. Tonight his wife Sharron indicated that the
disease is starting to enter the final stages, but we do not have a definite
prognosis as to how long things will continue.

Sharron had opened their house 48 or 49 thursdays every year for almost 2
decades.
