Rance,

That is my hope too. It can’t hurt to send them thoughtful, objective
suggestions about what might be successful in S scale. Not “I want” , but
honest opinions about what S scale needs in general.

Of course it doesn't mean that any of the suggestions we made would be acted
upon, but possibly they collect the requests and give them a once-over when
thinking about future products. In any event, better than nothing (I hope :-)
).

  Mel,

Maybe she’s wise. Maybe she’s read some of the discussions on this list and
chooses to use her time productively <g>.

  Rance,

It looks like you got standard response # ?, as I did, when sending
suggestions to MTH. Hopefully we can take them at their word. It may be a
hopeful sign that they are using their resources to produce quality products,
rather than getting bogged down in responses.

  Hi all:
A few days ago, I did as Ed L. suggested (went to the MTH website, made a
product suggestion). Here is the answer to my request for higher numbered
turnouts (higher than #3/4).
  get the suggestions in.

Thank you for your suggestion about our future product lines. We're always
happy to hear from our customers, so we know what you want and can continue to
provide the variety of interesting products people ask for. As you may know, we
get many of our ideas from folks like you who take the time to write in and
tell us what you want. We've put your request with others for our marketing and
product development teams to evaluate when planning future product lines. Keep
an eye on upcoming catalogs - you may see what you’ve asked for in the future!
Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns you may
