Got a reply from DPH this weekend. The SD45, X29, and Fowler box are still a
go. They have a reliable builder now, and "the four new boxcars (CE+I cars?)
and new detail parts were the first to be delivered". The single sheath car
will be the first to arrive. However, no delivery date was given. It will still
