Hi,

Frankly, I love to read about others and their sometimes idiotic banters and
yes, at times a lousy subject does go on for too long a time.

I try to be patient as it is obvious that many on this list are not computer
knowledgeable and I don't want to discourage their opportunity to let us
know what is going on in their model railroad lives.

The first thing I read in the morning is this list. I find it enjoyable,
knowledgeable and informative.

So, please, let's not mess up a good thing!

>From my files: I'm attaching a file that shows Frank Titman in 1985 laying
the Golden Rail on his new Spiral Hill Railroad. This was quite an occasion,
as Frank had given up model railroading after the loss of his wife Floss,
remarried, and his wife Laura encouraged Frank to start model railroading
again. They even had a State senator as a witness. Looking into the
background you may find others [if not much younger] that you may recognize.

Yes, Model Railroading in S is FUN!

"S"incerely,

Bill FRaley
