Alex, As the seller of the Eastern New York Car water car kit--I had
never heard of it either. I think I bought it at a former convention
auction, so that's all Jamie's fault! Of course at that time, most of
the wooden kits were mostly plans with NE wood and a few grabs, so
anybody could start a "company" on the kitchen table.
By the way, I do plan on getting back up to South Dakota, so I do expect
to stop in and see a completed water car on your layout--I forgot to
mention that as part of the ebay sale!

This is aimed at some of more senior members. I've had an interest in
S scale since the 1950's, but some names have popped up on eBay which
are new to me. Is there any background history on these folks, how
long in production, how broad a kit line, etc?
Dave Avedesian currently has these kits listed for sale.

Both of the above are in labeled Bob Peare Eng. Corp. boxes, I assume
he picked up the lines.
