I think Doug Peck has given us the name and address of a contact person at
Lionel within the last year.
It may take some time to find it.

Ed,
I will go to my local lionel dealer next week and see if I can get that
info. The best and only thing to do is Wait and see. Lionels website was no
help.

Subject: {S-Scale List} Communicating with Lionel

Hi Alan....
This must be the fourth or fifth time in the past two days you have
exhorted folks to communicate with Lionel. I agree with you that conversation
with Lionel will help all of us. It would be even more helpful if you included
the following in your exhortation messages:
1. Name and title of person to contact.(VP Marketing? President?)
2. His snail mail address.
3. His telephone number.
4. His email address.
If the job is made easier for S folks, they will not have to spend
valuable keyboarding time searching around for the correct person to contact.
I believe (but could be wrong) that writing Facebook messages to some
clerk is not the way to approach Lionel. If one person (you!) does the
research
to obtain the contact information for responsible decision makers, then
hundreds of other S folks will not need to do much except type the message.
The number and quality of S messages will be noticed -- eventually.
Get my drift?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers....Ed L.
